2025 Scholarship

​Application Deadline: April 11, 2025

Application Criteria:
  • You were diagnosed with unilateral or bilateral hearing loss prior to age 18.
  • You will be graduating from a Nevada high school in 2025 with an Advanced, Standard, or Adjusted Diploma with a GPA of 2.50 or higher.
  • You are enrolled in or plan to attend a college, university, community college, technical school, certification program or other form of higher education upon graduation (Summer or Fall 2025 application or enrollment is required).

Application Requirements:
  1. Review all  Application Directions & Resources, including application instructions.
  2. Complete digital application form.
  3. Verification of application or acceptance to higher education institution.
  4. Written or video essay.
  5. Audiogram or cochlear implant mapping report.
  6. High school transcripts.
  7. Two letters of recommendation.
