Kim Bosley grew up in a military family and has lived in North Las Vegas, Nevada for over four decades. When her son, Evan, was a young teen, doctors officially diagnosed him with auditory neuropathy and hard of hearing. As a former Special Education Teacher, she understands the range of services necessary to help children with disabilities. Kim is also an author. In 2022, she began writing a novel inspired by her journey of raising a child with multiple disabilities, including those who are hard of hearing. In 2023, Kim became an ASTRa Advocate with NV Hands & Voices and looks forward to supporting parents with their child’s educational needs.
