Why “Better Together”?
At Nevada Hands & Voices, we believe every child who is Deaf and Hard of Hearing deserves the opportunity to thrive—no matter the communication mode they use. Our mission is to support families, build community, and celebrate the diverse voices that make us stronger.
The theme “Better Together” reflects the heart of Deaf Awareness Month: unity, inclusion, and the power of coming together as families, friends, and communities. When we join forces, listen to each other, and celebrate our differences, we create a brighter future for every DHH child. Because truly—we are better together.
Who Can Enter:
-Deaf & Hard of Hearing children and youth (18 & under)
-Siblings of DHH children
-CODAs (Children of Deaf Adults)
-Must be Nevada residents
Your Challenge:
Create an original design that celebrates Deaf Awareness and our theme: Better Together.
Prizes - One winner will receive:
-$250 Cash Prize from The Kindness Cause
-Your design featured on t-shirts & stickers sold through The Kindness Cause which bennefits Nevada Hands & Voices
