NVHV and CCSD invite you to participate in our
family-friendly DHH Resource Fair at
Opportunity Village (6300 W. Oakey BLVD Las Vegas, NV 89146)
How can your organization participate?
- Register at www.nvhandsandvoices.org/events as a VENDOR. Those registered prior to Sept 22 will have their logo included on the final flyer.
- Rather than an outdoor “Trunk or Treat”, this year we will be inside for safety and comfort. Each registered organization will be provided 1 table and 2 chairs. If you would like access to an outlet, requests will be filled on a first come, first serve basis (you may make request in registration).
- Dress up, decorate your table, provide candy and/or non-food items (pencils, stickers, etc.) to hand out along with your resources.
- There is no fee to have a booth, but each organization MUST provide a family-friendly raffle prize/basket (worth minimum $20).
- More information about day-of set up will be provided closer to the event date.
